Graphics Systems Corporation's training
arm is called the Professional Education Center. Through
the PEC, we offer the best CAD training in the area.
We are a SolidWorks
Authorized Training & Support Center,
meaning our classes and instructors are certified by
SolidWorks. In addition, our instructors not only know
their software, but they know how to teach. Our primary
instructor holds a B.A. in Education and a Wisconsin
teaching license, in addition to having
hundreds of hours of experience and full certification
on both MicroStation and SolidWorks.
Years ago, professional education meant sitting down
with a tried-and-true, dyed-in-the-wool expert: someone
who actually used the device or product in question,
every day, for hundreds or even thousands of hours on
the job; someone who used canned training materials
only to supplement his or her own knowledge when instructing
others; someone who had been there before. Students

Every student gets their own workstation for the duration
of the course, and everything on the instructor's screen
is projected larger-than-life in full workstation resolution
and color depth. We use practical, meaningful exercises
for immediate development and application of learned
skills. And we always schedule enough class time for
people to learn and work with concepts, rather than
