DESCRIPTION
Serves as a liaison between the customer and the company on engineering
matters regarding product applications, sales, installation, and services.
Uses knowledge of engineering and software skills to promote the sale
of company products and services. Provides technical services and support
to clients by phone or face-to-face relating to use, operation, and maintenance
of products and services.
DESIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Understand engineering processes and terms
- Computer-Aided Design experience
- Good presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office
- Some understanding of computer networking
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field
