Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME)
The Society of Manufacturing Engineers is the world's leading professional society advancing manufacturing knowledge and influencing more than half a million manufacturing practitioners annually.
Through its communities, publications, expositions,and professional development resources, SME promotes an increased awareness of manufacturing engineering and keeps manufacturing professionals up to date on leading trends and technologies. Valley Industrial Association
The Valley Industrial Association is exclusively for manufacturers and those businesses in Northern Illinois which serve manufacturing in the Fox Valley area, including Kane, Kendall, DeKalb and Western DuPage counties. They provide networking groups devoted to specific interests meet monthly to identify key challenges and share ideas.

U.S. FIRST: Team 81 "The Metalheads"
Team 81, also known as the Metalheads, was formed in 1994, as part of U.S. FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology). The team offers students in the Freeport, IL area a way to learn more about Engineering, Science, and Technology.

Teen Challenge International - Wisconsin
